Man arrested on suspicion of 7th OWI on East Side | News
A 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of his seventh charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after Madison police pulled him over on Madison's East Side on Tuesday.
Linton Kidd was arrested in the 1300 block of East Washington Avenue just before 9 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, someone reported an erratic driver going down East Washington, which led police to Kidd.
Police said officers determined Kidd to be impaired and charged him with OWI, along with several other traffic violations.
