Community To Gather For Underground Fundraiser To Help Local Food Pantry | Community Spirit

People from all over the Madison community will join together Monday night to take part in an underground fundraising effort to support a local food pantry.

Soup & Bread, which was first started in Chicago, is a simple idea.

Well-known local chefs, along with some area residents who simply like to cook, will provide a variety of soups and area bakeries will donate fresh bread. 

Those attending can donate whatever amount they would like, with all money going to benefit The River Food Pantry.

Soup & Bread Madison will be held on Monday, March 19 at 5 p.m. at the High Noon Saloon on East Washington Avenue.
