Slow No Wake Lifted For Lake Monona | Environment

Dane County officials lifted the Slow/No Wake order for Lake Monona Thursday. 

The lake had been under the order since July 24th because of heavy rains int he area, but officials say drier weather has helped the lake levels decline.

The order is still in effect for Squaw Bay, and the Sheriff's Department is reminding boaters that all lakes have permanent year-round 200 feet from shore slow/no wake restrictions.
